Roe & Killahora Ginger Spritz

The Boulevardier is one of the most iconic classic cocktail, modelled on the famous Negroni. At our Distillery we developed our own Boulevardier using the new Roe & Co. Killahora Curator irish whiskey. With its apple characteristics, it offers a different, yet tasty, version of the Boulevardier.

INGREDIENTS

  • 35ml Roe & Killahora Curators 0.2 Whiskey
  • 25ml Killahora Orchards Apple Apéritif
  • 25ml Cynar Amaro

METHOD

Stir down all ingredients over ice, strain into a chilled, rocks glass and garnish with lemon zest.
