INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Roe & Co 106
- 30ml Sweet Red Vermouth
- 30ml Campari
- Orange Zest
- Block & Cubed ice
METHOD
Add all ingredients to mixing jug, add Ice, Stir and strain into a rocks glass over block Ice, express Orange Zest & Garnish
FEELING FANCY?
Switch your Sweet Red Vermouth out for a Rose or Sweet White Vermouth, infused with Raspberries. Add equal weight raspberries & vermouth to a sealed jar and infuse for 3 days. Strain off before using.
