Roe & Killahora Ginger Spritz

The Spritz is one of the most loved cocktail in the world. With its light and refreshing quality, it's a popular choice for a good apéritif. The Roe & Co. Killahora, has all the property to serve as a good apéritif base to be used on a Spritz. This is why we developed an original Roe & Co. Distillery cocktail using our Killahora Curator whiskey, which capture the beautiful apple aromas, perfect for a refreshing apéritif.

INGREDIENTS

• 25ml Roe & Killahora Curators 0.2 Whiskey
• 10ml Killahora Orchards Apple Apéritif

METHOD

Fill a highball glass with ice, top with Ginger Beer, garnish with a squeeze of lime.
