2 The reason for a refund or replacement. Please provide a photo of the defective or damaged item in original packaging

A new Single Malt Irish Whiskey to the Roe & Co family, that uses the solera method, which incorporates fractional finishing of whiskey across a range of ages and cask types, including the first ever casks produced at the Roe & Co Distillery.

Whiskey Reimagined

Delve into the intricate world of Solera's craftsmanship, where refill and first fill American Oak ex Bourbon barrels, Alligator charred American oak barrels, Chestnut barrels with custom toasting profiles, and Sherry casks converge to create a diverse wood profile. Proudly distilled, created, and crafted by head distiller, Lora Hemy.

Nose

Hints of muscovado sugar, apples and pears, followed by tropical fruits and sherried notes.

Taste/Palate

Maple syrup and caramel, with complex notes of roasted walnut, coconut, and dried fruit.

Finish

Medium dry finish with caramelised baked pear and luscious tropical fruits.
